Smoke free:

All rooms and hotel facilities are smoke-free.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Age restriction:

All guests must be 14 or older.

Meals:

Breakfast for each guest is included in the price.

Pool policies:

Only registered guests are allowed in the pool and garden area.

Deposit:

25% of the booking is required to confirm the reservation. This will act as a deposit for your reservation. Upon checkout, this deposit will be deducted from your total bill.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in date entitle a 100% refund.
• Cancellations (parcial or total) made with less than 30 days before check-in date will be penalized with 100% of the deposit of the cancelled nights.

• Changes to your reservation dates made more than 30 days before check-in date are free of cost.
• Changes to your reservation dates made less than 30 days before check-in date are considered a cancellation and will be penalized with 100% of the deposit for the canceled nights.

• After checking-in, the full amount of the reservation must be paid. There will be no refunds regardless of when you check-out.
